A wholesale blank t-shirt is available to every brand sourcing from the same supplier — the weight, fit, and construction are fixed, and your logo is the only thing that changes. With AJ Apparel International, the garment itself is yours. The fit standard and GSM you approve on your first sample becomes the permanent production standard for every reorder — at 300 units or at 3,000. Fabric Options — Heavyweight, Organic, Slub, and Performance Constructions. Fabric is the foundation of every t-shirt we produce. As a heavyweight t-shirt manufacturer, we work across the full range of cotton and performance knit constructions used in streetwear, fashion, and essentials production.
Heavyweight Cotton (180–280 GSM)
Our most requested construction. Ring-spun or combed cotton available from fashion-weight (180 GSM) through premium streetwear weight (280 GSM and above). Heavier GSM delivers better drape. more substantial hand feel, and improved print surface quality — the construction that separates premium brand tees from commodity blanks.
Organic Cotton (GOTS Certified)
As a GOTS-certified facility, we produce organic cotton t-shirts to verified global organic textile standards. For brands building sustainability into their product line, this is the credible route — not a marketing claim, a certified production standard. Available in the same GSM range as standard cotton.
Slub & Textured Cotton
Irregular yarn constructions that produce a natural, lived-in texture. Popular for fashion and lifestyle brands building tees with a premium, artisanal feel. Not available from standard blank suppliers — a genuine custom construction.
Performance / Moisture-Wicking
Polyester or poly-blend constructions for activewear, sports, and corporate uniform programmes requiring moisture management, stretch recovery, and durability. UPF ratings available on request.
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Construction Details That Separate Custom From Blank T-Shirt Suppliers. As a private label t-shirt manufacturer, every construction detail is built to your specification — not inherited from a blank catalogue:
Neck construction
crew neck, v-neck, scoop neck, or henley. Rib width, rib tension, and neck diameter built to your brand's spec. Neck binding in self-fabric or contrast colour.
Sleeve and hem
short sleeve, long sleeve, or ¾ sleeve. Hem finish — clean hem, raw edge, dropped hem, or curved hem for oversized constructions. Sleeve length and armhole depth to your pattern.
Fabric weight and composition
your specified GSM is locked at the yarn stage and verified at fabric inspection. Every roll used in your order is checked against your approved sample standard before cutting begins.
Label placement
woven neck labels, heat transfer labels, or tear-away labels placed exactly where your brand guidelines specify. Side labels, hem labels, and sleeve labels all available.
Print and embroidery placement
chest prints, back graphics, sleeve prints, and hem branding placed to your exact measurements and artwork. Not where a blank manufacturer has pre-positioned a print area.
